The Development Engineer will work in a multi-disciplinary project team that develops newest prototypes of OLED lighting modules and their manufacturing process. The team is working in close collaboration with world-class universities, institutes and companies in the field.

The task of the Development Engineer will be to develop transparent electrodes suitable for large-area OLED lighting panels. He/she will develop deposition processes for thin-film (in)organic electrode layers and metal grids. He/she will develop and perform characterization tests of the electrode layers, analyze and report the test results, and give input to OLED module designs. To fulfill these tasks, a good overview of the technology and close contact with universities, institutes and external partners will be needed. It is expected that the Development Engineer will become an expert in the field of transparent electrode layers.

- Master (University) degree in (Applied) Physics/Chemistry.

- Experience with experimental work and data analysis.

- Experience with thin-film deposition processes (CVD, PVD, coating, printing, …) is a must
  experience with OLED or organic electronics is a plus.
